Simply Ellie ships packages to all 50 States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders are hand-packed and shipped USPS from our home in Pennsylvania.
We ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process before shipping.
You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.
Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We send all orders to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.
Yes! We offer free shipping on order totals of $100 or more before applicable taxes.
What happens if my package is lost?
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered passes to you (the buyer) when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier.
You should:
- Contact your local USPS office. They will be able to locate the carrier that was responsible for delivering your package.
- File a claim with USPS. USPS will be on the lookout for your package.
Once a claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
