Shipping Policy

We work with certified global shipping companies that provide fast shipment with tracking facilities. We use different tailored options to deliver your items safe and on time.

How long for shipment?

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing time:All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking number when your order has shipped. 
  • Shipping Time:The shipping time depends on how urgent you want the items: you have options fast shipping, express shipping, and standard shipping. You can order fast or express shipping by contacting us at [email protected]. This may have additional charge.

All standard Shipping and Delivery is free for both local and selected international destinations. Although we offer international shipping to many countries, we offer free shipping to UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Ethiopia, and other selected destination due to logistics problems in some countries.

We included broader delivery timelines for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. When we use calculated shipping rates for some countries, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Given the Global Covid-pandemic delay in shipping & delivery is possible. Also, potential delays can be due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control. However, we're doing our best to reduce the tension by working in partnership with highly efficient global shipping companies to ensure all orders are shipped on time and delivered fast.

Tracking the status of your orders.

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow of 3-7 days the processing time for the tracking information to become available. 
  • If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Tips for shipping:

  • For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave correct email address, shipping address and mobile number during checkout process.
  • Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated. 
  • Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Non delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by DMI Store.
  • All delivery times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Excludes weekends & Bank Holidays. Please note we cannot provide a shipping service to a PO Box address, any PO addresses entered can result in your parcel being severely delayed and/or returned to us.

Customs & Import Tax

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DMI Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  • Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties if applicable.
  • In most countries, however, you must pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
  • The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
  • Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
  • Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, if any. Return and refund policy.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
