This document sets out our policies relating to returning our products. It forms part of our Terms of sale and should be read in conjunction with those Terms and our Delivery Policy.
1) If any of our products fail to meet your expectations you can return the goods in accordance with this Policy and our ‘Quality Guarantee’.
2) You have 14 days from delivery of the goods and you being informed of your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in which you can return the goods to us, this is called the cancellation period.
3) The cancellation period does not apply to personalised or custom made products.
4) During the cancellation period, you have a duty of care towards the goods, if you breach this duty of care you may lose your right to return the goods.
5) The goods are supplied in clear plastic packaging and hygiene sealed. This allows you to examine the goods prior to accepting them without breaking the seal or opening the bag.
6) Any damage to the goods, hygiene seal or packaging will be considered to be a breach of that duty of care and we shall be entitled to refuse a refund or replacement in mitigation of our losses.
7) You must not use or wear the goods unless you are accepting them.
8) Should you decide you want to return the goods within the cancellation period you should contact us by email or telephone.
9) The goods should be returned to us in the same condition you received them and at your own expense.
In the interest of clarity, returns cannot be accepted if -
a) You cause any damage (including superficial) to the goods.
b) The hygiene seal is broken.
c) The bag is opened.
d) The goods have been worn or used.
e) The product is made to order or personalised.
10) The goods should be securely packaged when returned to Stretch It Body Jewellery, 2 The Newhouse, Stuart Works, Wordsley, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 4FB, United Kingdom within 5 days of you giving us notice. You are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our property, which should be taken into account when selecting your method of delivery and whether insurance is appropriate.
11) Where goods are returned in accordance with these terms we shall issue a replacement or full refund of the purchase price and delivery charges within 28 days from receipt of the returned goods by crediting the payment card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
12) Where goods are returned not in accordance with this policy we may not accept the goods returned. If we do not accept the goods being returned we shall advise you by email, we will return the goods to you upon receipt of the standard delivery charge.
13) Nothing within these Terms interferes with or affects your statutory rights.
