If you wish to return your furniture, simply send us an email or start a live chat within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it has never been assembled and is in new condition, in its original packaging. We will gladly accept it back and provide you with a refund. Please retain all packaging until you confirm that there will be no need for a return or exchange. Once our warehouse receives the returned items, we will process your refund, which will be credited back to your original form of payment, whether it's a credit card or Affirm financing.
