This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from liferaftprofessionals.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated in its entirety with our Terms of Service Agreement as well, which can be found here. Any term not defined in this Privacy Policy may be defined in the Terms of Service Agreement. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California residents have a right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect from you and whether, and how, we disclose or sell that personal information. California residents may also request that we delete any personal information collected or maintained by us from you.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request to us to disclose or delete your personal information. To do so, you must provide us with proof that the individual or business has been appointed as your agent, such by providing a signed power of attorney form, and provide accurate responses to any information requested by us that may be necessary to confirm that you are a Life Raft Professional user, such as your phone number, username, email address, city, state, or geographic location. California residents have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by Life Raft Professionals for their exercise of these rights conferred under California law. 

 

EUROPEAN UNION RESIDENTS

Residents of the European Union have a right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect from you and whether, and how, we disclose or sell that personal information. European Union residents may also request that we delete any personal information collected or maintained by us from you.
