I'm not in the UK, or would like to send an item abroad. How can I order from you?
For a smoother international delivery and customs experience, we currently ship internationally via our Etsy shop. Please place your order on Etsy, and we will get it shipped for you.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
For all items except print-to-order items (details on our shipping page) orders received before 3pm are dispatched that day where possible. Orders received after 3pm on weekdays or at the weekend will be sent the following working day (but if we can squeeze it in before we head to the post office, we will!)
Most orders with standard delivery are now tracked as standard and will be sent via Evri. Upgraded shipping will be sent by Royal Mail tracked 24 service for a slightly quicker delivery. For both tracked services you will receive an email with the tracking details.

*Please note deliveries to Northern Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail*
Can I track my delivery?
Our Evri and Royal Mail 24 services are both trackable, so once you've placed your order you will receive an email with the tracking details.
*Northern Ireland - If you select standard delivery to Northern Ireland this will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post which is not trackable, however, the 24 hour service upgrade is. Please select upgraded delivery if you would like to track your order*

How can I view sizing information for a product?
The measurements for each product in our shop are provided in the relevant product description so that you can easily check sizing before you place your order. If you’re unsure, please do feel free to message us and we will happily be able to help you!
