Singapore

I. Ninja Van (1-3 working days)*

Free Ninja Van for all Singapore orders. (During sale, free shipping is available for min order of $100, else, $4 shipping fee applies)

Pickup is done every Monday & Friday except public holiday.

Tracking link will be provide in "A shipment from order is on the way" email.

Instruction such as ‘Leave in riser if nobody is at home’ etc can be left in note. Unfortunately, we are sorry to say that time slot request is not accepted by Vivre at the moment. Should the first delivery fails, there will be 2 more free attempts by the ninjas, usually at different time slot.

All returned parcels will be placed in stores for your pickup.

*psst: Please allow a longer allowance during peak season such as Vivre online sale, Singapore’s sale, Christmas period etc as the ninjas are having a hard time teleporting around the island. 

II. Store Pickup (Ready for collection at next restock day)

Store pickup is available at our physical stores for free. You will receive an email notification that it's ready for collection when delivered to stores.

III. Same Night Delivery*

Order by 3pm and get your parcel delivered by 10pm for $10.

The parcels will be left at your door/riser. A text message will be sent when we are on the way and after drop off.

There’s only one attempt by this courier service. If delivery failed due to restricted access etc, we will send your parcel via Ninja Van (2-4 working days) and there’s no refund for this same night delivery charge.

You may also wish to drop a note to use the doorbell if you prefer to receive it personally anytime between 6pm to 10pm.

*This delivery will not appear at checkout if team Vivre is not available.

Malaysia

I. Ninja Van

All returned parcels will be redelivered at a $7 fee if it's due to data entry error.

II. No Import Cost

Vivre will be absorbing all import taxes for parcels sending to Malaysia. You do not have to pay anything extra.

Rest of World*

Tracking will be done at www.dhl.com.sg

I. Import Taxes (US/Hong Kong/Brunei/Australia)

There is no import tax for USA, Hong Kong, Brunei and Australia* as we shipped from Singapore.

*No import tax for Australia for orders under AUD 1000.

II. Import Taxes (International)

Please be aware that orders from outside of Singapore may require you to pay import taxes upon receipt.

Vivre Activewear is not responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes.

DHL will require an additional handling charge.

III. P.O. Boxes or Rural Postal Codes

We are unable to ship to address with P.O. boxes or rural postal code. In this case, we will do a full refund of the order.

IV. Countries available for international shipping**

The above information only applies to the following countries. 

Brunei, China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Macao SAR, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan (ROC)

VII. All other countries

Due to high shipping cost, import tax and risk, we may not be shipping to all other countries unless payment is done via bank transfer. You may wish to contact us should you still wish to purchase.
