- You cancelled your order
- Express shipping: 15 minutes after completing your order
- Standard shipping: 60 minutes after completing your order
- Your order is canceled by Envy's Answer
- One or more of your items has sold out
- Item(s) received proved to be damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please allow up to two (2) business days to clear your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
