Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your Envy's Answer purchase. However, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

We offer returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, all returned lingerie items must be in new and unused condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you are returning your order, please return any free gifts you may have received to avoid additional charges (Free Gift $5.00, Free Lingerie $10.00). You may keep the gifts if you are only returning part of your order.

Please note that we can not accept gift wrap as part of the return, and you will still be charged for gift wrap.

Return Process

Simply contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return. Alternatively, you may also return items with a copy of the packing slip to the below address and include a note requesting a refund/exchange of the item(s).

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. We will process the return, Envy's Answer issues refunds to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two (2) business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return. If you requested an exchange, we will ship out the new item as soon as possible. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If an item is returned past 30 days of delivery and/or in a condition that is not sellable, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Defective/Damaged Items

If you suspect your product is defective or was damaged in transit, please email us at [email protected] within five (5) business days of receiving your order. In your message, please include your order number, the product's name, a detailed description of the issue, and a photo of the damage. Rest assured, all defective and damaged items are eligible for returns. Should the damage or return be attributable to an error on our part, we will issue a complete refund and cover the return shipping expenses.

Final Sale 

Please note sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Return to Sender Packages

If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address, we can either have this order re-shipped out to you for $4.99 with an updated valid address, or we can refund you for the order with a 15% restocking fee applied. Original shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Envy's Answer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel as though your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Orders Shipped to European Union 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
