We hope you love what your ordered, but we know that's not always the case. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days of your order being delivered.*
To start a return please email [email protected] with your order number and what you are looking to do with the return (return for credit, exchange, or refund) then you will be given further instructions.
Returns will also be accepted at our Ontario Reign shop during home games.
*If your order was filled incorrectly or the product was damaged please contact us directly HERE. Please include your full order number with your inquiry. If an item was damaged or defective, please have a picture attached to your inquiry as well.
*Once we have received your return at our fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your replacement or refund processed.
RETURN POLICIES
- If you would like to return an item, OntarioReignShop.com is not responsible for any additional shipping fees unless your gear was damaged or defective.
- Items purchased online from OntarioReignShop.com can also be returned or exchanged in store.
CUSTOM ORDERS
- Custom merchandise is final sale and may not be returned unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
REFUND ELIGIBILTY
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- In the original packaging with tags still attached.
- Returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
