Ordering

How can I redeem a discount code?

On the checkout page, there is an option to "Enter Discount Code". Simply enter your discount code and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.

How can I change my shipping address?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can change your shipping address by contacting us via [email protected].
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us via [email protected].
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Cost & Transit Time

For orders over $99 USD, we offer FREE shipping. For orders less then $99 USD, the shipping fee is $20 USD.

Normally it takes 15-20 days to ship to most of the countries.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

There can be multiple reasons why your tracking states delivered but you have not received your package.
Carrier Hand Off: Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
Example: You may receive a UPS tracking number, but USPS may complete the final delivery.
In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival depending on carrier.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Look around the delivery location for your package. Some carriers may hide packages to avoid theft.
If your package states delivered and you have yet to receive it after 48 hours, please contact customer service.

Why have I only received part of my order?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. And the other tracking numbers cannot be displayed on the order page.

Return & Refund

What is your return policy?

    1. 1. Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.vectorofficial.com
  • 2. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days after receiving the product
  • 3. Merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
  • 4. Items listed as “FINAL SALE” or CLEARANCE” cannot be returned for a refund.
  • 5. Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
  • 6. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping cost.

How can I return my order?

Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

Can I exchange a gift card for money?

Unfortunately, a gift card can not be exchanged for money.

Can I use a gift card in parts?

Yes, you can use the gift card partially. For example, if you have $100 in a gift card and want to purchase for $50, the amount of $50 would be deducted, and you can use the rest $50 next time.

How to use a gift card?

The VECTOR gift card includes an individual code that is delivered by email. Please type in the code at checkout to redeem it.

How to wash my ski clothing?

      • 1. Before washing, make sure to zip up all zippers to avoid any surface damage.
      • 2. Wash your ski clothes with warm water as instructed on the care label, using a commercial washing machine.
      • 3. Do not use fabric softener or detergents with softening agents, as these can reduce the fabric surface tension and negatively affect the fabric's performance.
      • 4. To preserve the waterproof layer, it's recommended to wash ski clothes as little as possible. If there is only a small dirty spot, you can clean it by wiping it with a wet cloth. Only wash ski clothes when they are noticeably soiled and follow the care label instructions.
      • 5. When you receive new ski clothes, they may have a slight odor from being packed and shipped from the factory. Hang them up in a well-ventilated area for a day or two to air out.

How do I care for my ski clothing?

  1. 1. Reflective materials may produce scratches and wrinkles due to fabric characteristics, which is normal and not a defect in the product.

  3. 3. To avoid weakening the refractive index and waterproof property of the fabric, ski clothes should be washed and rubbed less frequently. Only wash ski clothes when they are noticeably soiled and follow the care label instructions.

How do I care for my goggles?

      • To keep your goggles in the best condition, please follow these precautions:
         
        • 1. Avoid wiping the endoscope too frequently, as this can make the anti-fog function ineffective or scratch the mirror surface.
        • 2. If there are stains on the endoscope, use lens wiping paper or clean water to wash it and then let it dry naturally in the shade away from direct sunlight.
        • 3. Do not touch the mirror surface with your fingers or store it with sharp objects to prevent scratches.
        • 4. Avoid using cosmetics when wearing goggles, as this can cause foam stains or fading on the frame.
        • 5. Please store the ski goggles in a professional mirror box or cloth bag to prevent cracking, fogging, and scratching.
        • 6. After each snow activity, air dry the goggles to ensure they are dry before storing them.

How do I demist my goggles?

If your ski goggles have fogged up, follow these steps to demist them:
 
  1. 1. Apply soapy water to the lens, and then wipe it with a paper towel until it doesn't affect your vision.
  2. 2. Keep moving! The airflow generated during movement can help prevent fog from forming.
  3. 3. Remove any snow from the vents and leave gaps for ventilation.
  4. 4. Breathe through your nose as much as possible to allow the breath to spread downward. Avoid placing the goggles on your forehead, as this can cause them to fog up.
  5. 5. If you're wearing a helmet, face protection, or headgear and sweating, moisture can enter the goggles from the top and cause fogging. In this case, you can remove your helmet or headgear to allow the goggles to air out.
