Order cancellation is extremely simple and easy for our customers.

Before shipment of the order i.e. when the status of the order is NEW ORDER, IN PROCESS & READY TO SHIP, you can do it directly from the website/mobile app by clicking on the CANCEL ORDER button.

Once the order is shipped, i.e. when the status of the order is COMPLETE from our side, we request you to contact us and seek assistance for the same by contacting our customer service or simply by dropping a mail at [email protected]
Also, you can just refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, if you want to cancel an order which has not been delivered.
