The following ‘Luxury Gallery’ limited warranty applies to all original Luxury Gallery watches purchased in the original labeled packaging and sold or presented for warranty service.
- WHAT THE LUXURY GALLERY WARRANTY COVERS ?
As we sell watches and accessories of various brands, each of them offer different warranties. The luxury gallery warranty is only applicable to products purchased from the official Luxury Gallery webpage. We will provide assistance for repair or replacement for purchase of watch/accessories from Luxury Gallery.
- WARRANTY PERIODS
- Analog - 1 year :-
What is covered?
French Connection/ FCUK - Any defects regarding its movement function
Ducati/ Cerruti - Any defects apart from its movement function
Reaction Kenneth Cole - Any defects of the entire watch.
- Analog - 2 Year :-
What is covered ?
Ducati - Any defects regarding its movement function
Cerruti - Any defects regarding its movement function
- Smartwatch - 6 months :-
What is covered ?
French Connection - Any software defects/ malfunctions.
FCUK - Any software defects/ malfunctions.
What is not covered ? (applicable on all watches)
The Luxury Gallery Warranty does not cover:
(a) Non - Luxury Gallery Watches,
(b) Batteries, Straps or Glass,
(c) Routine maintenance and cleaning,
(d) damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by an accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your Luxury Gallery Watch, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any other factor than a defect in the Luxury Gallery Watch’s manufacturing or material(s)
(e) Water penetration caused by use in conflict with the Luxury Gallery Watch’s ATM (Atmospheres) mark,
(f) Damage resulting from repair, service, or alteration by anyone other than a Luxury Gallery service provider. Further, the Luxury Gallery Warranty shall become void if the serial number engraved on the watch’s case is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.
- WHAT WILL WE DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim falls under the ‘Luxury Gallery’ warranty terms, Luxury Gallery, at its own discretion will :
(a) repair the Watch using new parts that are new in performance and reliability;
(b) Replace the Watch with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality)
(c) You will not be charged for the repair or replacement under the Luxury Gallery Warranty if you attempt to make a claim within the valid time period of the Luxury Gallery Warranty.
If the Luxury Gallery Warranty is not applicable, void or rejected, Luxury Gallery will notify you accordingly and you may decide whether to proceed with the repair or replacement, or if you wish to have your watch returned. If you decide to proceed, you will be charged for part or all of any repair or replacement, including costs of return shipping and handling.
- HOW TO ACQUIRE OUR REPAIR SERVICES
To obtain repair or replacement of any watch bought only from ‘Luxury Gallery’ under the valid Luxury Gallery Warranty, please contact us using the following email address : [email protected] , we shall get back with a response within 48 hours. Furthermore, in order to obtain repair or replacement under the valid Luxury Gallery Warranty, the returned Luxury Gallery Watch must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or the original warranty card/certificate that was included with the Luxury Gallery Watch in the original packaging at the time of purchase duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by the authorised Luxury Gallery Team. If and when sending your Luxury Gallery Watch for repair or replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping.
