Will I receive a tracking link for my order? Yes, each order comes with a tracking link that we will send you in a separate email from your confirmation mail.
How long does shipping take? Shipping within the US & Germany can take up to 5 business days. International shipping can take between 7 to 28 business days depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost? This depends on the weight of the package and your destination. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. We offer FREE shipping above $75 within the US. Any international order above $125 will be FREE shipping as well.
Can I return my order? We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging including the jewelry pouches. We offer an easy self-serve return process. Click on the User Icon on the top right and request a one time login code. Please use the same email you used for your order. Once logged in you can find the 'Refund Request' button under your purchases. We will then review the request and send you an answer as soon as possible.
