At forever femme we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return through our online self-service return option. It's a very quick and simple solution. Here's how to proceed:
- Click on your user icon located in the upper right corner of the website
- Put in the email that you made the purchases with
- You will receive a one-time login link to access the return request page
- Select the item you wish to return and request a refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging including the jewelry pouches. If the returned item is a necklace set that comes with two necklaces we can only accept a refund for both necklaces.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for any return cost. The amount will be deducted from the return amount. We can't refund the original shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
