Watch Straps Selection
Q. I'm not sure what model watch I have, how do I know?
A. A handy way to identify the model you have is by looking at the underside of the watch. Most models will have the Model or Model number printed on the bottom.
If you have any further problems with this, get in touch with our friendly team who will be able to help identify this for you.
Q. What is the compatibility of my straps?
A. Several watches have custom built straps that are only compatible with the watch they are made for.
However, the majority of watches use standard watch connections using spring pins like a normal watch. To find out what straps are compatible with your watch, check out our Watch Strap Sizing and Compatibility Guide.
Q. Do you do custom orders?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to create customs items.
Q. Will your watch straps fit any watches?
A. Yes - our straps are compatible with the models stated on the product listings.

Changing the Straps
Q. Do I need a special tool to change my strap?
A. Most straps do not require tools to change them. Where tools are required (like screwdrivers, screws etc), these are provided with your purchase.
The only exception is for Stainless Steel Link straps, which can be done manually with a Pin at home, but we recommend the use of our Link Removing Tool or one of our other Watch Tools.
Q. How do I change my watch strap?

Shipping & Tracking
Q. I've ordered the wrong strap for my watch, what can I do?
A. This happens from time to time - the models can be quite confusing! We will happily swap this over for you providing the strap is not damaged or soiled. You can arrange this yourself by using our Returns Portal or you can get in touch with our friendly team to help arrange this for you.
Q. I've accidentally given you the wrong address, what can be done?
A. Let us know as soon as you can so we can update this in our system. Alternatively if your item has already been dispatched you should be able to contact the courier via the tracking provided and they should be able to arrange a redirection for you.
Q. Do you allow picks ups?
A. No, unfortunately we do not have the facility to allow pick ups.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. We have very competitive pricing for our Shipping:
- Free shipping for orders over $45
- $3.50 Nationwide Urban Deliveries
- $7.00 Rural Deliveries
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Your orders are packed and dispatched every weekday via our courier for orders placed before 2pm. The couriers are targeted with overnight delivery across NZ (Rural allow 2-3 extra days).
Q. Does my order come from New Zealand?
A. Yes - our items come directly from our facility in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Q. My tracking number is not valid
A. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking details to update - sometimes the system can be delayed from the confirmation you are sent to the tracking details being updated.
Rest assured if you have been sent a tracking number this is correct and it is already on its way!
