Shipping and delivery times will vary. Orders usually pack and ship within 1-3 business days (this can increase during holiday periods) and will often arrive within 2-4 business days. Orders placed during weekends may see longer ship times however, we do dispatch orders most Saturdays. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on order processing factors and courier transit times.
Domestic Shipping (UK)
- Orders on average are packaged to ship 1-3 business days after order received. Your shipping ETA does not begin until it’s been handed off to Royal Mail.
- Standard Parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked48.
- Small envelopes are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
- Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfilment.
- Expected delivery windows may vary during holiday seasons depending on the volume of mail experienced by the courier.
- Free shipping is offered to UK orders only when the order value threshold has been met. Military BFPO addresses are considered UK orders.
International orders/shipping
- We currently only use Royal Mail International Tracked for all international shipping.
- Import Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the customers designated country.
- International shipping expected delivery dates vary depending on the location.
- Orders are generally received within 10-12 business days but may take longer depending on the transit timelines and the carrier service within the destination country.
- Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through Royal Mail.
- Free shipping is not offered on orders outside the UK.
Military
- We ship to all military addresses including BFPO addresses. Please check out using our Standard UK shipping option and input your BFPO address. If it is an ops zone with free shipping offered by Royal Mail, then we will refund the standard shipping fee from your order for you.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Parcels
- Please use your provided tracking info (sometimes these emails end up in your spam/junk folder) to keep tabs on your order. If something doesn't look right please contact Royal Mail for any basic tracking query.
