Custom Orders
- Once design is finalised and mock up has been approved full payment must be made before production begins.
- Start of production to shipping will be approximately 15-30 business days depending on product availability and other factors.
- The quoted price for custom orders is valid for 30 days. After 30 days pricing is subject to change.
Orders
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. To prevent any shipping delays or misdelivered items, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct. Reaper One Seven is not responsible for replacing orders with inaccurate addresses provided to us.
- We cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages during the time of transit however, if you encounter any of these issues please email us for support and we will do all we can to reach out to Royal Mail for further assistance/information. Under all circumstances, Royal Mail is responsible for all parcels that undergo Royal Mail services.
- If your item arrives damaged, any part of your order is incorrect/missing or you experience any manufacturing issues with any of our products (loose stitching, defects etc) within 30 days, please notify us as soon as possible via email at inforeaperoneseven.co.uk
Discount Codes
- All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
- For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalised and payment has been accepted.
- Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
Currency exchange/fluctuation rates
- International exchange rates are implemented.
- Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market
Sales
- All sale items are final. This incudes seasonal sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.
- We do not accept any returns on sale items.
- Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.
- Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale start or close times.
