When will my order arrive?
Thank you very much for shopping with us! We normally ship your order within 1-3 business days after an order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Typical shipping time through our ground service is 3-7 business days depending on your delivery zone.

Can I cancel my order?
In most cases, we would not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if the item you have ordered is in the pre-order status and has not been dispatched, we can make the cancellation for you. Please email us at [email protected] for further assistance. For items that have been shipped or could not be cancelled, please proceed to our return center and initiate a return request.
If one item in my order is backordered, when will my package ship?
All available items in your order will be shipped within our regular processing window (1-3 business days). The pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship primarily through UPS and USPS Ground for domestic orders. For international orders, we ship via Asendia USA and USPS.
Package delivered but not here
We are really sorry that your package has gone missing! Shipping carriers are usually more knowledgeable about the whereabouts of the missing packages. Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to update the shipping address once an order has been placed. However, you might be able to make changes through the carrier.
