You can look up your order by entering the order number and the email address you used to place the order here. We have two order statuses, visible at the upper right-hand corner of your order status page:
1) Order Received: We've received and reviewed your order and are sending it to the warehouse for shipping. The order should ship within 2-3 business days.
2) Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped, and an email with tracking information has been sent. Note that tracking information sometimes will not be available until a few days after the order has been shipped.
