Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Customized Products: For customized products, we regret to inform you that returns are not supported unless there is a quality issue with the item. As each custom product is specially tailored to your specific requirements, we are unable to accept returns for non-quality-related reasons.

Non-Customized Products: For non-customized products, we provide the following return policy:
- Customers have the right to request a return within 90 days of receiving the product.
- The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging, and must be in a resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product quality issue.
