WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ship Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
UK orders should arrive within 2-5 business days via Royal Mail once dispatched.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail and you will receive a tracking number once dispatched. Please allow 7 business days once dispatched to arrive with you and use your tracking number to follow up first. If you have not received your order after 7 business days, please contact us.
Please ensure you provide a full correct address and contact method for the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for items that do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details provided. We also require notice of the missing parcel before the 14-day window as outlined in our returns policy or we cannot investigate further.

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of £13.95 for all international orders which is tracked and signed for with Royal Mail. This does not include duties and taxes that may be incurred and the customer is responsible for any fees on arrival.
International sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Depending on the location and each country's postal procedures, your order can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Please allow up to 14 business days once dispatched to arrive (we will issue a tracking number). If you have not received your order after this time, please contact us.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept a return of your purchase if it isn't completely right for you, please contact us within 28 days of your purchase date by emailing your order confirmation as proof of purchase. We will be able to refund/exchange unused items in the original packaging, once you have contacted us to request this.
If the item is not returned in a fully re-salable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Read more about our refund policy here.
Any shipping charges will not be refunded, the cost of returning the goods and safe arrival to the returns address is your responsibility, therefore we suggest using a trackable service with proof of postage. Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty.
