Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at AvenGear. We appreciate your business and aim to ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience with our return and refund procedures. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a free 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Eligible returns require the item to be in its original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase. Note: Misuse or abuse of products is not covered under this policy.

B. Return Process

  1. Initiate a return by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject "Return" and your order number. Include your order number and the reason for return and, if applicable, photos of any defects.
  2. Within 24 hours, we'll respond with detailed instructions for your return, including the address of our US Warehouse. Alongside these instructions, we will provide you with a return shipping label for easy and hassle-free shipping of your item.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address.
  4.  After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process it for restocking.
  5. Once the inspection and restocking are complete, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method.

C. Refunds

Upon inspection of your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

D. Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to address and rectify the issue. The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

F. Cancellations

G. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping Cost

We do not charge a restocking fee. All returns are free, and we cover the return shipping costs.
