How long to ship?
Our lead time to process and ship out your order is currently 2-3 business days for oil and gel torches. Natural gas and propane products lead times are listed on the product pages on our website. We don't guarantee carrier transit times so if you would like to have your product delivered by a certain date, please call or email us to arrange.
We use UPS Ground as our primary shipping method. Their transit time depends on the shipping address and can take up to 5 days. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your support!
Does it repel mosquitoes?
Yes! Our big, beautiful dancing flame is highly effective in releasing massive amounts of citronella which is an excellent mosquito repellent. Use Halofire Citronella Torch Fuel.
What is a spinner?
The spinner is our original creation (patented invention) for beautifying and controlling the flame. With it, you can control how big the flame gets and slow down the burn rate of the fuel.
What is the Halo Ring?
It's part of the venturi mechanism for controlling the flow of air.
What is a Gator Fuel Bowl?
It is a large fuel bowl for Big Revo and Revo to sit securely down inside of. It holds 5 hours worth of fuel for Big Revo and 4 hours for Revo. Customers have reported even longer burn times... as much as 7 hours!
Are shipments insured?
Yes, but you can opt out if you wish. We highly recommend the insurance to protect against loss and damage.

Can I use liquid ethanol in Halofire torches?
No. Do not use liquid ethanol in Halofire torches. There is a danger in refueling while an invisible flame is still present. As always, use great care around flammable materials and liquids to keep yourself and those around you safe.
Is the wick included?
Yes. Our wick has been procured for the best experience overall and guarantees the best performance of your Halofire torches.
Can I install the Wall Mount version on a wood fence?
Check with your local safety codes for best practices and limitations on fire features/torches. We strongly suggest you do not attach or mount close to anything that can easily catch fire such as untreated wood fencing etc. Please use common sense when considering where to install so as not do jeopardize your property or safety.
What else do I need to buy?
For the tall tiki torches, you will need to purchase a stake or stand depending on where you want to put them - regardless of the model. You will also need fuel. UNLESS YOU BUY THE BUNDLE - it comes with everything!
How long does Vortek run?
Up to 3 1/2 hours depending on weather/wind conditions and whether or not you use the provided spinner. The flame will start out large and taper off after a couple of hours when the fuel gets low.
How long does BIG Revo run?
Up to 1 1/2 hours depending on weather/wind conditions and whether or not you use the spinner/trimmer combination to suppress the flame. The BIG Revo Table Torch model will last up to 5 hours when used with the Gator Fuel Bowl
How long does Revo run?
Up to 1 hour using Halofire GEL depending on weather/wind conditions and whether you use the provided burn booster and spinner. When you purchase the Gator Bowl OIL conversion kit, Revo can run up to 5 hours on OIL.
What do these torches use as fuel?
Halofire Torch Fuels. We cannot guarantee the performance of our torches when using any other fuel. Regular torch fuels burn hot and very dirty and leave the glass completely black may even cause them to shatter from excessive heat.

Does the glass get sooty?
When using Halofire fuel there will be a bit of soot at the top rim line of the glass and it's easy to wipe off with a dry cloth or paper towel. PRO TIP - to clean, just flip the glass around in the head and wipe upwards with a paper towel. If you use other torch fuels, the glass will get black and sooty from top to bottom within a few minutes and block the visual of the flame.
Will the glass break easy?
No. It's toughened glass and not easily broken, but if it does it will shatter in to hundreds of small pieces. Its also dishwasher safe.
Will the wind blow it out?
No. Unlike tiki torches, Halo Fire is made to withstand strong breezes. It catches the wind and spins even faster.

Is there a fuel that doesn't smoke and soot?
Yes! Our NO SMOKE fuel is completely 100% smokeless.
Can I use NO SMOKE in Vortek?
Yes, but because NO SMOKE is a thicker liquid, the longer wick of Vortek won't draw all of the liquid from the deeper cup - only about half. So you'll half the run time and need to add more fuel more often.
What torch is best for NO SMOKE?
While Big Revo runs great on NO SMOKE, Lotus and Triton are designed to maximize the performance of the flame.
