Safety and Hygiene
- Your baby’s safety and hygiene are of utmost importance to us. Before the start of cleaning, our cleaning partner will always ensure the functionality and hygiene are in good usable condition, otherwise we will inform you right away.
- In addition to our conscientious efforts to maintain a high level of safety and hygiene checks, customers will have a proactive role to play to ensure that the play yard & play mat sent for cleaning are in good usable condition. In this regard, we will seek our customers' cooperation to check their items before handing it over.
- In the event that items are found to be damaged or not in usable condition, we reserve the rights to decline washing. In this case, the payment made will not be refunded.
Payment policy
- A full payment is required to confirm your order.
- This payment can only be done by credit card at our online store or at our showroom.
Cancellation Policy
- Plans might change and therefore we allow "no-question-asked" order cancellation when you cancel within 5 working days from date of purchase.
- However, please note that cancellation & refund will not be accepted after 5 working days.
- Refund will be made directly to your mode of payment and will be indicated in your next statement from the card provider.
- Once a pick up has been arranged, please note the following cancellation charges if you change your mind.
- 100% refund of 1 session if notify >10 days before pick up
- 50% refund of 1 session if notify 7-9 days before pick up
- 30% refund of 1 session if notify 3-6 days before pick up
- 0% refund of 1 session if notify 1-2 days before pick up
Delivery Policy
- Free pick up & delivery exclude public holiday
- Earliest delivery is the following day after 12 PM SGT, excluding public holidays
Promotion Policy
- Promotional discounts are subjected to changes without any notice. Free gifts are mostly while stock last and no guarantee to your preference of specific colour and series
