Returns

NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?

Easy! If you are not in love with the product that you have purchased or you simply need a different size, Zaliya Boutique will provide you with full store credit.
  • All returns will automatically be issued store credit (this will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).
All garments must be returned in BRAND NEW CONDITION - unworn, unwashed, all original tags attached, no stains, marks, wreckages, etc. If the item is returned in other than brand new condition no credit will be issued.
Please note that we do not refund unless the garment has a manufacturing fault which can be sent back for investigation with our QC team. Please note we inspect every garment prior to shipment.

SALE ITEMS

We are unable to accept ANY returns on FINAL sale items.

 

TIME FRAME

To be eligible for a return you must ensure that product is returned to us within the below time frames.

  • For orders shipped within Australia, 30 days of the goods being delivered to 
  • For orders shipped outside Australia, 45 days of the goods being delivered to you.

Please ensure you have a small note inside of your order number, full name and why you are returning your garment.

Please ensure your garment is in full sellable condition, with tags attached, original packaging, no make up, fake tan or perfume smells. 

Once we receive the goods our return team will inspect the goods and issue you a credit note to your emails that you can use whenever!
