- Your Inside Story membership runs for one calendar year from 1 January through to 31 December
- Membership payment is made in full upfront and cannot be refunded or exchanged at any time
- Membership discounts and offers cannot be combined with any other offers
- Members will be charged shipping with their initial purchase for the goody bag to be sent out

- UK residents receive eight free shipping codes for any parcel weighing up to 2kg
- International members receive five free shipping codes for any parcel weighing up to 1kg

5. Personal shopping experience
- International members are entitled to a one-hour online personal shopping experience with an expert member of staff
- UK-based members may choose between an in-store or online personal shopping experience
- The exclusive goody bag is sent in January
- Members will have access to a special section of the website where products will be made available before they go on sale to the general public
- Members will receive shipping codes upfront for use throughout the year
- Members will receive exclusive information via a members-only Inside Story newsletter detailing upcoming promos, events and product launches
- Personal shopping experience to be scheduled 30 days in advance. You may reschedule once up to three days beforehand. If you miss your appointment it cannot be rescheduled
