Warranty Policy:
RECO Technology expressly prohibits any unauthorized modifications, extensions, or additions to this Limited Warranty, including but not limited to individuals acting as RECO Technology resellers or agents. If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will not affect the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty and its remedies are exclusive and replace all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. RECO Technology disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law. If any such warranties cannot be disclaimed, RECO Technology limits their duration and remedies to the terms of this express warranty and, at RECO Technology’s discretion, the repair or replacement services described herein. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply in those cases. RECO Technology does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its products.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECO Technology SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Such damages may include, but are not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits (including those on contracts), loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss, damage, compromise, or corruption of data, or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage, even if RECO Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes the replacement of equipment and property, costs of recovering any program or data stored in or used with RECO Technology products, or any failure to maintain the confidentiality of information stored in the product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RECO's Technology liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product. Note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply in those cases.
This Limited Warranty solely covers the repair or replacement of defective parts within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be issued. If replacement parts for defective materials are unavailable, RECO Technology reserves the right to substitute products in lieu of repair or replacement. Please be aware that this Limited Warranty does not apply to any mobile device or the cellular and/or other network or system on which the product operates. Consequently, RECO Technology disclaims any responsibility under this warranty for the operation, availability, coverage, services, or range of the cellular or other network or system. Furthermore, RECO Technology shall not be held liable, either expressly or impliedly, for any damages or losses, including the loss, damage, or corruption of content or data, during the repair or replacement process of the product.
