Q. Why isn't my free gift or code in the cart not working?
Customers are limited to (only 1) promotion/discount per order. Reason #2 is your code may be expired/used already.
Q. I ordered days ago and haven’t got a tracking number where is my order!?
No worries! It’s possible your order is a (pre order) please read the product description of the item you ordered to confirm. Our balaclavas are usually on pre order due to the high demand.
Q. Does Munchies jewelry tarnish/make my skin green?
Nope. Our jewelry will never tarnish or change your skin color.
Q. Can I shower with any of your jewelry?
Yes, showers are okay, you can swim in it as well. No worries!
Q. Do your balaclavas come in different sizes?
No. All our masks are a one size fits all!
Q. How do I wash my mask?
We do not recommend washing them but if you truly need to, hand wash in warm water and dry them lightly in the dryer by itself.

Q. How to track my order?
You will receive a USPS tracking number 1-2 days after you placed your order and received your confirmation email. This tracking number will be sent to the email you added at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If neither of those work please email us.
