Order policies

 
Shipping information (USA)
  • Orders placed Fri-Sun are shipped on Monday (Holidays may delay).
  • Any orders placed Mon-Thu are processed and shipped next day.
  • Shipping may take up to 1-8 days depending on post office holidays/delays.
  • All "days" are considered business days.
  • All items are pre made and ready to ship unless specified in the product description. 
Shipping information (International)
    • Orders placed Fri-Sun are shipped on Monday (Holidays may delay).
    • Any orders placed Mon-Thu are processed and shipped next day.
    • Shipping may takes up to 7-21 days.
    • Due to international security and laws shipments may be stopped for inspections which may cause a delay. (This is out of our reach.)
    • We try our best to avoid import fees but be advised duties and taxes may apply.
                                                  
    Returns/Refunds policy
    • All sales are final however free of charge exchanges and refunds are accepted if the items received are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. (No refunds/exchanges  for sale items/orders, special requests, or free items)*please read our size charts and product descriptions*
    • A proof of purchase is required for all exchanges, without exception.
    • The merchandise must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging still attached, and must not have been worn, altered, or washed.   
    • You have 1-2 Days to change the shipping address or contents of your package in case of any errors, any notice after the 1-2 days will likely result in your order being shipped as is or your order being returned to sender by the post office.   
    • In the case that your tracking number says "Delivered" yet you cant find your package please wait 24 hours then contact your local post office for more information.
    • Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail as this is out of our reach although we will try our best to recover your package.
    • If your order says "Returned to sender" due to “insufficient address” or “couldn’t forward to receiver” please contact us immediately to resolve this issue. Buyer is responsible for claiming and contacting us once the package is returned to us. (Reshipping fees may apply or store credit will be issued) 

     

    Insured Shipping Policy

    - Coverage: This policy provides optional coverage for loss, theft, or damage to products reported during transit by USPS.
    - Eligible Items: All products purchased through our online store and shipped with insured shipping are covered.
    - Coverage Period: Coverage starts from the time of shipment until the product is delivered and extends for an additional 3 days.
    - Coverage Limits: The maximum coverage limit is the total value of the item stated on your order confirmation or invoice.
    - Exclusions: We do not cover losses caused by customer negligence, improper package handling, or acts of nature beyond our control.
    - Reporting a Claim: If USPS reports loss, theft, or damage on the tracking information page, you must report the claim within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].
    - Claim Settlement: Upon receiving a valid claim, we will assess the extent of the loss and may replace the item, refund you, or provide a store credit at our discretion.

    - Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or cancel this insurance policy, with any changes communicated through our website or other appropriate channels.
