Our standard 14-day return policy applies to used items, subject to conditions. The 14 days is given as a lenient amount of time to decide on whether the item is as you expected. 100% INSPECTED READY FOR USE
Many of our used items are part exchanges from regular customers or Billy ex demo products. In general we would have a good knowledge on its history and our team of expert riders carefully inspect inspect each item which is subject to a quality control checklist. We then clean, pack and add it to our store, ready for use
RATING GUIDANCE
Excellent condition. Used upto 10x. This product is in perfect condition. It may be a test/demo product or a returned item that was discovered, after a couple of uses, to be the wrong size and is now missing some packaging and/or labels.
- KITE: Max use 10 times. Kites still crispy, no marks or blemishes. Boards no scratches or cuts. Control bars clean no discolouration
- STEP: No marks or scratches less than 50km used
- WAKE: Boards have no scratches or cuts. Bindings are still fresh with no marks
- FOIL: Max use 10 times. Wings still crispy, no marks or blemishes. Boards no scratches or cuts. Foils/Masts void of any marks or blemishes
Very good condition. Used upto 20x. This product has been used on a few occasions but has been very well looked after. Only minor signs of usage. It may be a very new item that has had a very discreet professional repair.

Used condition. Evident signs of a lot of usage has marks and possible repairs, but these kind of gear are perfect for a beginner that doesn't want to spend too much on his first kite, with the knowledge the gear will still be able to use for a few more

Overly Used condition. This item has been used regularly on many occasions and has had some major repairs. However it still has some life left and if considerate care is taken it could continue to bring joy to someone for many more uses
