We offer 14 days money back guarantee! To return one or more orders, please email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please send an email to

Our customer service accompanies you throughout the process. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must arrive properly packaged and sealed. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more information on returns. You can also contact our customer service by sending an email to [email protected] and put "Return" in the subject of the email.

There are different types of goods that are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate or hygiene items, hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

For the return we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

We reserve the right not to issue a refund or accept a return if the item is damaged, used, not in the condition expected, or falls into one of the non-returnable categories.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel the order (in whole or in part) within 24 hours from the day of delivery of the ordered goods. If the order consists of several items delivered separately, the 24 hours are calculated from the day of delivery of the last item.
