Most of our products are shipped by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size, value and location of the order.
Due to industrial action by Royal Mail there may be a slight delay in your delivery.
We are attempting to mitigate the disruption caused by the ongoing industrial action by Royal Mail workers by using alternative couriers where possible. In some cases we will still use Royal Mail and if this is the case there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your order.
If you place an order that would normally be dispatched on a strike day, we will ensure any orders placed using an express service are shipped by an alternative courier.
