PLANT_NICKNAMEs propagates well via air layering. Wrap damp moss around some aerial roots on the mother plant and cover in plastic wrap. Check the moss regularly in order to keep it damp and allow new roots to grow. After a few weeks new roots should be established, you can then cut the new plant from the mother with clean scissors at the node below the one you've rooted. Place the plantlet directly in appropriate soil.
