We want you to feel perfectly confident when shopping online at www.lighting.co.za therefore, we give you the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from us for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item.
Only use CLEAR TAPE when closing the boxes. No masking, brown or courier adhesive tape will be allowed.
Prior to returning your product, please send an email to [email protected]. Our customer care team will provide you with all relevant guidelines to proceed with the return (e.g. delivery process). Please do not attempt to return any goods before speaking to our team; otherwise you may be responsible for any associated expenses if you do so.
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. Should you wish to exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased product within 7 calendar days, we will happily credit you for the cost of the product (excluding cost of shipping). We do not accept returns after 7 days.
If you would like to return your product, you will be obliged to cover the shipping costs associated with the order. The following terms must be met: Fitting to be in original condition with all the accessories, unused and fitting to be returned in original packaging. Please note some of our products does not qualify for returns - please familiarize yourself with this on our shipping and returns page.
If 7 calendar days have gone by since your receipt of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange - accept for warranty purposes*.
