All orders being shipped as per normal delivery standards. We thank you for your patience and continued support.
Update 20 July 2021
All orders are being processed and booked with the couriers as per normal. Delivery delays in the Gauteng and KZN areas might still occur due to a back log.
All our suppliers/warehouses in the affected areas opened for business today and will start to process the orders.
Direct Update from our Couriers:
TUESDAY, 20 JULY 2021: Despite the protest actions that took place in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal last week, the couriers are operating as normal again.
A large proportion of the backlogged KZN-bound freight was moved from Johannesburg to Durban this weekend. Freight was delivered over the weekend and will continue to be delivered for the remainder of the week, provided that the situation remains stable. The intention is to have the backlog cleared by the end of the week.
Essential freight will be prioritised, followed by a ‘first in first out’ prioritisation of freight based on delivery due date, but the couriers are doing their best to deliver successfully.
We thank you for your continued support and patience.
Update 14 July 2021
As you are aware about the current situation in South Africa, we are saddened by the harsh reality that is happening around South Africa at the moment. We are thinking of all the businesses & people who have lost everything.
PROTEST ACTION: GAUTENG & KWAZULU-NATAL
Please note that due to the current protest action in Gauteng and
KwaZulu-Natal, delays with all deliveries can be expected.
Below are the areas which will be not serviced until further notice. Customers who have packages destined for these areas will experience delays with deliveries until the area is open for business.
KWAZULU-NATAL - Durban, Pietermaritzburg, North Coast, South Coast, and the Natal Midlands.
GAUTENG - Johannesburg CBD and all surrounding areas. Alexandra, Tembisa, Soweto, Vosloorus, Mamelodi, and Delmore Gardens.
All High-Risk Areas, including all Informal Settlements will not be serviced anywhere in South Africa at this time. Our couriers will make attempts to deliver in suburban areas, but we cannot promise that they will be successful.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we have to keep the safety in mind of our couriers and to keep your packages safe until we can successfully deliver them to your door.
We thank you for your continued support and patience.
Update 12 July 2021
Please note due to the unrest and looting in KZN and GAUTENG some of our warehouses and suppliers are closed. Delivery times will be affected.
Update 28 June 2021
During Adjusted Level 4 Lock Down, Lighting will remain open for business. We are able to manufacture and/or ship all orders placed online.
