Customers can return items for a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met.

1. Returning an incorrect item, faulty item or damaged item:
If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, Customers have 14 days to send their claim to [email protected].
Proof of purchase and evidence will be required to support the claim. This may be photographic or video depending on the aspect of fault.
Once Kukkia Co LTD has reviewed and accessed that the goods are wrong/faulty as described, either a full refund or exchange will be arranged at no further cost to the customer.
All Kukkia Co LTD items are hand-crafted and small batch.
As such, minor fault or flaws that do not impede with the actual ability to interact with the item, will not be considered reasons for return.
Each item comes with a specific disclaimer and cautionary label indicating what minor imperfections may be considered acceptable and unavoidable, considering the nature of materials used.
Please ensure these labels and notices are carefully read.
Any documented possible imperfections will not be considered faults or reason for return/refund.

If customers purchased any item through a Kukkia Co LTD retailer, they must address all concerns through the original place of purchase.
2. Returning items because of a change of mind:
Most items that are unopened and in new/resale condition can be returned. Please note we cannot refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way. A few items cannot be returned and sales of these are final such as sales or promotional items.

The return postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility. The items need to be packaged well and a proof of postage and/or tracked service must be obtained. All returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received at the Kukkia Co LTD fulfillment center.
Upon receiving, inspecting and verifying that the goods are in their original condition, Kukkia Co LTD will arrange a full refund for the items. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Kukkia Co LTD reserves the right to refuse the return of items or issue refunds when requests do not meet the conditions set out above.
