We have built this page to answer the most common questions regarding the RPMplus (Rewards Per Mod) Program which launched on our new site! 

Tell me about this new rewards program! 

Our new rewards program is an all encompassing site wide program that offers any user, yes that means customers who check out as guests as well to earn points for various actions on our site and redeem those points earned for various rewards such as discounts, discounted product and even at times free products! 

How do I sign up? 

Thats one of the best features of the RPMplus Program, you don't have to sign up at all! Just by placing orders with Subimods you will begin to accrue points. Now there are some perks to creating an account on our site such as a points reward for account creation, access to insider exclusives and more but in short, you don't need to sign up to take advantage of this program. 

I'm sold, where do I find this program on your site? 

Perfect! We are so glad to hear you want to take advantage of our RPMplus Program. The beauty of this program is that if you are browsing our site on a desktop or tablet, it is accessable from any page on our site! Take a look at the bottom left hand side of your screen, you'll see an oval with the text "Rewards". Simply click that and it will present you with the app and from their the rest is history with savings included! For customers who are browsing on mobile simply click the menu icon on the top left the navigation at the top of the site, look at the bottom of the white expanded menu and click the "Rewards Program" text. 

I'm ready to start earning, let's go! 

Once you have the app open the first thing you'll notice is a sign in feature, don't panic, we don't need you to create an account for our customers who have not elected to create and account if you simply enter your email into the field our program will send you a code to access your rewards account to see your balance. If you hold an account with us once you are logged in you will see your rewards point balance, VIP tier and the options to earn additional points by completing certain "sprints".

Let's talk about earning points now.. 

Scrolling down the first section you'll notice is the "Points" section, we have multiple ways to earn points, we refer to these tasks as "Sprints" for example, liking our Facebook or following on instagram can earn you points! If you want to create an account on our site, that can earn you points as well or maybe you like sharing your opinions on things? Well now you when share your opinions on products purchased from us you'll be rewarded for that as well. We saved the best for last, you earn points for just about every purchase you make on Subimods.com (some brands are excluded due to pricing agreements; IAG and ACT currently).

How do I redeem my points? 

Redemption is even easier now! Once you have built up some points you can sign into the RPMplus app and redeem your points for a discount or discounted items. Once you elect to redeem your points you can complete a "redemption" which will covert your points in a discount code that can be applied at any time as you wish. Once a redemption is made, you cannot undo it so please be make your selections carefully! Lastly a perk for account holders is our checkout page rewards redemption slider. If you have an account with active points you can redeem your points right on the checkout page before completing your order. 

How do you guys calculate the earning and redemption rates.  

Great question! For new customers every $1 you spend earns you earn 1 point and 100 points equal a $1 dollar redemption. The best part about our RPMplus program is, the more you spend, the more you save with our VIP program but we'll talk about that in the next section, for now let's do some math; 

John Smith places their first order for with a final total of $1,000 based on the formula above how many points would John Smith earn when his order is completed?

A: 1 Point

B: 10 Points

C: 1,000 Points     

D: 10,000 Points

Our VIP program multiplies your earning power as you level up through the tiers. Every new customer starts in the bronze tier, as you spend more our program recognizes your spend and adjusts your point earning rate as you progress, see the grid below. 

• Stock ($0-$1,000 Account Spend: 1 Point for Every $1 Spent) 
• Bronze ($1,000-$2,500 Account Spend: 2 Points for Every $1 Spent) 
• Silver ($2,500-$5,000 Account Spend: 3 Points for Every $1 Spent)
• Gold ($5,000-$10,000 Account Spend: 4 Points for Every $1 Spent)
• Platinum ($10,000+ Account Spend: 5 Points for Every $1 Spent) 

Along with the earning multiplier as you level up through the tiers you are rewarded with multiple perks! Things like gift cards, prizes, exclusive promotions and even tickets to local Subaru events are all up for the taking as you spend your money with us! 

Can I be an affiliate? 

Yes you can! This one feature of the program that requires you create an account so we can track your progress and reward you for your efforts. Once your account is created and you are signed in you will see the affiliate area of the app be accessable. You can invite friends via your unique URL via email, facebook or twitter, as an incentive they earn a $10 discount by using your URL and once they do complete the order, you get a $10 coupon automatically! So basically you are giving a $10 discount on us to your friends, family or followers, and getting $10 back from us if they convert... sounds like a win to us!
