Shipping and Delivery Process:

  1. Dispatch: Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
  2. Delivery Vehicles: We use company delivery vehicles, all branded as BSHOCKED. Our drivers wear branded clothing to ensure easy identification.
  3. Courier Service: For areas outside our direct delivery range, we exclusively use LDS (Logistical Distribution Services) as our courier partner.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: Our drivers will require the recipient to sign a BSHOCKED delivery note upon receipt of goods, confirming the delivery along with the supporting documentation.
  5. Handling of Personal Information: In compliance with POPIA, any personal information included in the shipment (e.g., delivery address, contact details) is handled with utmost confidentiality and security. This information is used solely for the purpose of completing the delivery.

Shipping Fees and Packaging:

  1. Costs: Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees may vary based on the total weight of the shipment.
  2. Order Consolidation: We encourage grouping items in one order to minimize shipping costs. Separate orders will incur individual shipping fees.
  3. Package Safety: Your package is dispatched at your own risk; however, we take special care to protect fragile items. Boxes are amply sized and items are well-protected.

Tracking and Delivery Options:

  1. Standard Delivery: Shipments are sent via UPS with tracking, allowing drop-off without a signature for convenience.
  2. Signature Required: For UPS Extra delivery requiring a signature, please contact us before selecting this method, as additional costs apply.
  3. Tracking: Regardless of your chosen shipment method, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Returns Policy:

  1. Procedure: Details on how to process returns, including time frames and conditions for accepting returns, should be clearly outlined.
  2. Damaged Goods: In case of receiving damaged goods, instructions on how to report and process such incidents.

POPIA Compliance:

  1. Data Protection: In line with POPIA, we ensure the protection of personal data throughout the shipping process.
