The new store isn't recognizing my old account details or login!

We have switched from our platform Magento to a new and far more wonderful platform Shopify.  We have now imported the accounts from Magento, but the only information transferred is the primary identifier of email address, and your physical address information. Your previous orders will not be shown.

Your old password won't work, and you will need to use the password reset system to generate a new password.  Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for being a long term customer!

How can I track my order?

If you created an account when you placed your order, or if you were logged in to your account when you placed your order, you can simply log in to your account. From there, you will see a list of all your orders.  Click through to a particular order and you can view the progress including tracking link if one exists.

Orders for products located in the USA (ie: everything but chassis) drop within a few hours to our warehouse in Lancaster, PA and are shipped shortly thereafter.  You will get an email when it drops to the warehouse, when it ships (along with a tracking number), and when it's been delivered.

Orders for products located in Italy (ie: chassis) will be approved within 2 business days (MTWTF, European time).  Once it has shipped, you will automatically be signed up for all notifications from FedEx as to its progress.
