What's in the bag?
You may have noticed that two different items came in your insert bag. One is the insert, and the other is a cover you can use when the wagon is folded up and ready to be stored away.
With our stroller wagons, there is also a small bag of spare parts for you to have just in case you need them one day.
*Please check and make sure all hardware is secured. Tighten any loose hardware. This is a good thing to do periodically.
Pro tip: If you have ordered multiple inserts, we like storing our unused inserts inside their respective cover bags!
Wagon Insert
Easy to put on and take off!
One thing that sets us apart is being able to quickly and easily take on or off the inserts.
When putting a new insert on the wagon frame, the first thing to do is wrap the bottom velcro strap in the correct spot. Please see below for where to and, more importantly, where not to wrap the strap.
Note: If the wagon will not close, please check the bottom velcro area. If it is wrapped around the middle pole, it will not allow the wagon to close.
Tailgate Wagons
How do I get the tailgate to close?
The tailgate is easy to close, but it is not always intuitive on the first time.
To close the tailgate, wrap the velcro straps through the tailgate and back on to itself. Repeat this for the other side as well.
