Growing wasabi was inspired by a visiting chef back in 2012, a project we secretly began until 2 years later we were ready to offer fresh English wasabi to chefs and restaurants. Since then, we have listened to you when you have asked us to source other Japanese ingredients previously not available or prohibitively expensive in the UK.
We are now proud to offer over XX number of products in our range made up of the highest quality Japanese ingredients and our own Wasabi Label line. Over XX professional customers trust us to supply and deliver on time every time, and we are proud to count XX Michelin stars between them. We have a dedicated committed team to help at all stages and in all aspects and as pioneers in this field, we continue to invest in product, personnel, systems and warehousing to constantly improve and stay ahead.
