Delivery Terms

ALL ORDERS ARE PACKED & SHIPPED IN OUR PRESENTATION BOX.

SIMPLY PURCHASE THE ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD TO THE BOX AND WE WILL DO THE REST.

YOUR INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOX.

Due to our courier not delivery on weekends, orders with perishable items placed after 11am on Thursday will be sent the following Monday.

To ensure adequate protection for your order during transit, if your basket is over 2Kg in weight or contains fresh wasabi, watercress, plants, ceramics, trees, alcohol or a single item over £75 value then we can only ship using our express, signed for delivery service. 

Deliveries to UK Islands & Highlands can occasionally attract additional postage fees or requirements, if that should be the case we will get in touch with you to discuss the options.  Should you wish further information beforehand please email us.

Protected items are dispatched Mon-Thursday only

All orders received by 11am will be dispatched the same day* 

Orders received after 11am may be dispatched the next working day  

* Please Note - while we endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 11am on the same day, if we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, it may be sent the following day.

Standard Delivery - £3.95

2-3 day non-tracked service with Royal Mail

All orders received by 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 11am may be dispatched the next working day. 

Additional delivery instructions can be entered in the “Special delivery instructions” box during checkout to indicate to the delivering agent what you would like done with the parcel should nobody be present at the address. We cannot guarantee the agent will follow these instructions! We recommend you send to an address where somebody will be there to receive it. 

*In the majority of cases, orders will be received next day, however DHL specify this service as a 1-2 day delivery so there may be occasion when the order is not received until the following day.  You will be sent a Shipping Confirmation with tracking number to allow you to confirm this.
