Does Gallery Canada deliver internationally?
  • At this time, Gallery Canada only delivers to most addresses within Canada.
  • We do not deliver to NU, NT, or YT.
  • We do not deliver to APO, FPO, and Post Office Box addresses.
  • We do not deliver to areas where the postal codes begin with: A0K, A0P, A0R, A2V, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, T0P, T0V, V0T, V0L, V0V, V0W, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0G, X0E, X1A, Y0A, Y0B, or Y1A.
Does Gallery Canada offer free delivery?
  • Free standard shipping is provided for all items.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for remote locations and rural areas.
  • Expedited delivery, at an additional cost, is available for Gift Baskets and can be selected on the gift basket product page.
How long does it take for delivery?
  • Please refer to the product page for estimated delivery times but delivery times are typically 2-8 business days, after processing, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. Shipping companies typically do not deliver on weekends.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, prior to your order shipping.
  • Most items ship from Canada. Some items may ship from the U.S. distribution center, if the item is not available at the Canadian location.
  • For larger orders, items may arrive in separate boxes and may not be part of the same shipment; delivery times may vary.
What is Gallery Canada's return policy?
  • With the exception of Gift Baskets (see below), an item may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns will incur no fees if the product is defective or damaged. For all other reasons, the customer will be required to pay the shipping costs. Gallery Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs if the product didn’t meet your expectation, or if the order was placed in error but has already been shipped.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact. The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
  • If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability and alternatives may be offered.
GIFT BASKETS: Please note - Due to the Perishable nature of items in Gift Baskets, returns are not permitted. 
  • Damaged gift basket orders must be reported within 1 business day from date of delivery.
  • Gallery Canada will make every effort to replace damaged items, however we cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this time frame.
  • Please keep all original merchandise and packaging.
Does Gallery Canada offer a warranty?
  • Due to the nature of their items, Gift Baskets do not have a warranty
  • Unless otherwise stated, all other products have a 30 day warranty that begins on the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in all new products.

What payment methods do you offer?
  • Gallery Canada accepts many payment methods including PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, SHOP PAY, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY and AMEX.
  • We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later option through Klarna.
Will there be customs and/or duties on my order?
  • At this time, Gallery Canada only ships to locations within Canada. Accordingly, your purchase will not be subject to import duties.
Does Gallery Canada provide customer service support after hours and during weekends and Holidays?
  • Normally, we don't provide after hours support or during weekends and Holidays, except for urgent cases. In these cases, please indicate “Urgent” in your message in the contact form, and a member of the Gallery Canada customer care team will reply ASAP.
Cancellations
  • If you have not paid for the order, the cancel option should appear in your cart and at check-out.
  • Contact Gallery Canada right away if an order was placed in error.
What if the product is defective upon receiving it?
  • If the package is damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for the delivery. 
  • Please email Gallery Canada immediately at [email protected] and do not dispose of the boxes or packaging materials.
  • Gallery Canada is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages during delivery. A damage claim will be proceeded with the shipping carrier
