Gallery Canada Return & Refund Policy

General Merchandise (Excluding Gift Baskets)

  • Return Period: Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Free if the product is defective or damaged.
    • Customer pays for shipping fees for other reasons like buyer's remorse or unmet expectations. Gallery Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs if an order has already been shipped.
  • Return Process:
    • Email: [email protected] to notify us of your return and obtain a return authorization and shipping label.
    • Print and attach the provided shipping label to the package.
    • We will notify you of the courier company and arrange for a suitable pickup date and time.
  • Product Condition:
    • Must be in new condition—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original, intact packaging including all accessories and manuals.
    • Verification: Proof of purchase required. Gallery Canada reserves the right to refuse a return that has been used. You may need to provide pictures or videos of defective items.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
  • Refunds:
    • Issued within 7 business days once the return is received and verified. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • No Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns.
  • Unauthorized Returns:
    • Will not be accepted, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Gift Baskets

  • No Returns: Due to perishable items, gift baskets cannot be returned.
  • Damage Reporting:
    • Must report damaged gift basket orders within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
    • Efforts will be made to replace damaged items but cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this timeframe.
    • Pictures or videos of damaged items may be required for a refund or replacement.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • Single orders canceled after the gift basket has been created are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • Multiple orders canceled after the gift baskets have been created are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Replacement Items: If replacements are provided, fulfillment times depend on availability, and alternatives may be offered.
  • Delivery Issues: We cannot be responsible for gift baskets damaged or spoiled due to delivery issues. In such cases, claims will be facilitated with the courier.

  • Compliance: Gallery Canada complies with all relevant Canadian laws related to returns and refunds.
  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
  • Shipping Delays: Gallery Canada is not responsible for shipping carrier-related delays and does not issue refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays outside of our control.
  • Return Authorization: Gallery Canada must issue return authorization prior to the return of goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
