Extended Christmas Returns Policy at MySupplementShop
Hey there, festive friend!
At MySupplementShop, we understand the jingle and jangle of the holiday season. We want to make sure your gift-giving is stress-free, so we're excited to introduce our Extended Christmas Returns Policy just for you!
For any clothing, accessories, and footwear purchased between November 1st and December 24th, you can return the items until the following January 31st. Just remember, they should be unworn, unused, and have all the original tags holly-jolly and intact.
Please note that this policy applies only to clothing, accessories, and footwear.
Supplements, as much as we'd love to gift-wrap them, follow our standard return policy due to their consumable nature.
How to Return:
- Ensure the item is in its original, frosty-fresh condition.
- Navigate to your orders page by clicking here and requesting a return for the ordered item.
- Securely pack the item and send it home to our returns address provided upon completion of your return request.
Refunds:
We'll dash through the process within 14 business days of receiving your return, issuing refunds back to the original payment method minus the original postage cost. Expect a cheery email notifying you once your return is as merry as can be!
Exchanges:
Currently, we don't have Santa's elves to manage direct exchanges. If you fancy a swap, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Gift Returns:
If you unwrapped an item as a gift and it's not quite your cup of cocoa, follow the same process. However, refunds can only frolic back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Faulty Items:
