1. By purchasing an above-ground pool or a performance package for pick-up at one of our retail locations, you are hereby agreeing to abid by our terms and conditions.
2. After receieving the pickup ready notification, the above-ground pool must be picked up at your preferred pickup location within 7 days. If not, a reoccuring storage fee of $100 will be charged every following week.
3. Pool orders bought online to pick up in-store are excluded from the typical 3 hour pick-up window and will be available to pick up between 3-7 business days. Once the pool has been marked as ready for pickup, this is equivalent to being shipped and can no longer be cancelled without a restocking fee.
4. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of purchasing an above-ground pool for pickup, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails, text messages or other communications. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the event.
6. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Canadian law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
7. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse reserves the right to discontinue offering above-ground pools for store pick-up at any time.
