As the Store Manager, you are expected to set the standard for your staff through the demonstration of teamwork, customer service and work ethic!

You must be able to perform in a leadership role by demonstrating maturity and professionalism as well as encouraging and directing retail staff. Organization, planning, problem solving and the ability to multitask are essential skills required for this position.You will also be expected to be present and attentive for training sessions to maintain up to date product knowledge.

Previous management experience is preferred.

As the Assistant Manager, you must take direction from the Store Manager and assist with leading the retail staff by displaying a positive and professional attitude!

The Assistant Manager must be approachable, responsible and willing to take the lead in the store manager's absence. Time management, problem solving and strong organizational skills are required. You will also be expected to be present and attentive for training sessions to maintain up to date product knowledge. When not serving customers, an assistant manager must ensure that retail staff are maintaining a clean store environment by cleaning washrooms, stocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors.

As the first person to greet our customers, the top priority of a sales associate is customer service!

You must be able to work in a team environment while displaying professionalism and a positive attitude. You will be expected to be present and attentive for training sessions to maintain up to date product knowledge and remain flexible to work in other locations if required. When not serving customers, a retail associate must help maintain a clean store environment by wiping down shelves, cleaning washrooms, stocking shelves, dusting displays, sweeping and mopping floors.
