Event Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse's Pool Party event, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for the offer to be valid.
2. Sale prices are valid during the specified sale time only. Each Cannonball event will begin on the Thursday of each week. Sale prices will end on the Wednesday of the following week (for example, Thursday August 4th, 2022 - Wednesday August 10th, 2022).
3. Each week until August 21st, 2022, 5 new items will be discounted online and in-store.
4. Product availability will vary from store to store.

6. Offer only valid while quantities last.
7. This offer can apply to items previsouly purchased at Discounter's Pool and Spa Warehouse. If a customer returns unused items within 30 days of purchase during a Cannonball event, the sale price will be applied if the selected item has been discounted.
8. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of participating in this event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails, text messages or other communications. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the event.
10. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Canadian law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
11. Discounter’s Pool & Spa Warehouse reserves the right to discontinue the event at any time.
